who speak fluent English, German and French, ensure that Customer enquiries
are clearly understood and promptly followed up with an appropriate offer.

process engineers, constantly up-to-date with the most recent developments
in tool technology, pay close attention to the Customer's needs, carefully
designing and balancing the operations to be carried out on the workpiece.
The result is the Machining Cycle, a real synthesis of application imagination
and long-standing experience, for an optimized and reliable technological
solution.

Technical Department includes nine 2D CAD stations and five 3D station plus one R&D area
with three 3D stations, where FEM structural analysis and dynamic simulations
are carried out. |

IMAS
brings its own engineering skills to all the main parts of the machines
and directly arranges the assembly, gauging and final run-off stages. An
air-conditioned room is equipped with precision machines, where highly accurate
finishing operations are carried out on the most critical components.

Quality
control department
|

In
the Quality control department, IMAS uses sophisticated equipment to check
all the machine's most critical components. Here the tolerances and statistical
repeatability parameters (Cmk) of the parts produced on the Imas machines
are checked in the Customer's presence.
